Nguyen Food Stall has always been a place to document the flavors, stories, and late-night kitchen experiments that make life delicious. Every recipe is a little time capsule—of where I’ve been, what I’ve learned, and, let’s be honest, how much fish sauce I’ve gone through. (A lot. My ancestors would be very proud.)

Now, I’m opening up a special space for those who want to go deeper—a membership that keeps this test kitchen running, ad-free, and full of the kind of recipes you won’t find anywhere else.

Hi, I’m Sylvia! Food is so much more than just the fuel that keeps me alive. A sudden whiff of lemongrass is enough to transport me through space and time. The sizzle of shallots is one of my favourite songs. And making a broth as clear as it is flavourful is how I say, “I love you.” If that rings true for you too, I’d love to collaborate!
