Nguyen Food Stall is like a time capsule. One day in the future, I know I can look back and see how much fun I had in the kitchen and all the people, places and opportunities I was fortunate enough to experience along the way. Oh, and how many bottles of fish sauce I went through in this lifetime — I know my Vietnamese ancestors will be proud ;)
